1 General Terms and Applicability

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be suspended.

KYC Verification

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made to the same number used to make the deposit.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

General Betting Rules

• 09b reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• There is a maximum limit on the number of bets that can be held in an account at any one time.
• When odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.

Live Betting

If your internet connection drops during Live Betting, your bet may still be processing. Once reconnected, check your bet history to see the status. 09b is not liable for any losses resulting from network issues.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09b platform. Violations may result in account suspension and/or legal action.

• Money Laundering: Using 09b for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Fraud: Exploiting bonuses, creating multiple accounts, or using false information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to play games or place bets.

• Minor Access: Opening an account on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor to play.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

09b reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. However, no active account will be closed without reasonable cause.

Long-Term Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be automatically closed.
